1. Service Description

Ai Cleanup provides services designed to save mobile phone storage space for you to the greatest extent, focusing on cleaning up the items that take up the most space on your phone, including duplicate photos, redundant contacts, large video files, cache files, expired installation packages, and useless app residuals.

2. Licensing and Restrictions

You must be 18 years of age or older or have the consent of your guardian. You agree not to use this service for any illegal activities, including but not limited to:

• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others
• Sending spam, conducting cyberattacks, or committing fraud
• Distributing malware
• Any activity that violates the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service upon discovery of any violation.

3. Disclaimer

This service is provided “as is”. While we are committed to providing stable, high-speed connections, due to the complexity of network environments, we cannot guarantee completely uninterrupted, latency-free service or that it will meet all specific needs. We are not responsible for problems caused by force majeure, your device settings, or third-party services.

5. Terms Modification

Refund Policy

Spolia Studios Inc values your experience and processes refund requests according to the following terms:

1. Refund Period and Conditions

All subscription plans are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the date of initial purchase, without any reason required.

Renewal subscriptions for the same account are non-refundable unless there is a major technical malfunction in the service itself that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe.

To prevent abuse, each account/payment method is limited to one refund opportunity.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available in the following situations:

• Purchase was made more than 7 days ago.
• The refund request is due to personal reasons (e.g., accidental purchase, no longer needing the item, changing your mind, forgetting to cancel auto-renewal).
• Service unavailability is due to incompatible device, poor network connection, or violation of the Terms of Service.
• Purchase was made through unofficial channels (e.g., third-party resellers); please follow their refund policies.

3. How to Request a Refund

Please contact customer service within the app or send an email to support@spoliastudiosinc.com, providing your account information and proof of purchase. We typically process your request within 3–5 business days.

4. Refund Processing

The refund will be returned to your original payment account. The arrival time depends on your bank or payment platform.
